The personal data provided by the User will be entered in a special computer database, so that they can be used to access the requested services. The data controller is ALPA SALOTTI SRL, based in Altamura (BA), Via Ferri Rocco n. 15.

Alpa Salotti Srl, as data controller, informs that the email address requested upon registration and the other personal data provided will be processed with the consent of the person concerned, in order to provide the information requested by the 'User.

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) and Article 17 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR, the User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain the indication:

  • the origin of the personal data;

  • of the purposes and methods of the processing;

  • of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

  • the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003, n. 196;

  • the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.


Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain:

  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed. The request for deletion of data must be sent to

  • the attestation that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
    Finally, the User has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.

By visiting a website you can receive cookies both from the visited site ("owners"), and from sites managed by other organizations ("third parties"). Third-party cookies are those relating to "social plugins" for Facebook, Twitter, Google. These are parts of the visited page generated directly by the aforementioned sites and integrated into the page of the host site. The most common use of social plugins is aimed at sharing content on social networks. The presence of these plugins involves the transmission of cookies to and from all sites managed by third parties. The management of the information collected by "third parties" is governed by the relevant information to which reference should be made.   • "Remarketing" cookies:

These cookies are persistent, that is fragments of information that remain longer and are placed on the hard disk of the user's computer to remain there until the "cookie" is deleted. The "persistent cookies" only store that an unidentified visitor has browsed the website and has accepted or not the brief information. The site uses other persistent third-party cookies to monitor visits related to digital activities carried out. The Remarketing cookies used are those of Google.


The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies using the settings on his browser.



Disabling "third party" or profiling cookies does not affect navigability in any way.

The setting can be defined specifically for different websites and web applications. The best browsers, in fact, allow you to define different settings for "proprietary" and "third party" cookies.

Below we indicate how to disable cookies through some browsers.

Google Chrome

  1. Select the Chrome menu icon.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. At the bottom of the page, select Show advanced settings.

  4. In the "Privacy" section, select Content settings.

  5. Select Block sites from setting any data.

  2. Click on the Cookies tab, move the slider up to block all cookies or down to allow all and then click OK.
